What are your business hours?
We are open 2pm-7pm Wednesday-Saturday. We try to be as flexible as possible and respond as fast as we can. After business hours, if you need to contact us, we will respond the following business day.
How fast is shipping?
After an order is placed it takes 1-3 business days to process order. Once the order is processed we follow the shipping time frame you select at checkout.
What if I put the incorrect contact information or shipping address on my order?
Information can be updated during the 1-3 business day process. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 615-733-5687.
What shipping options do I have?
Since mailing is slightly backed up, due to the COVID-19, we offer Standard 7-10 business days. That does not include processing time for the order. Shipping is calculated by weight of your order. Once the order is shipped off we will provide a tracking number to the contact information provided by you. If there is an issue with shipping please contact us.
If I choose "Local Pick-Up" when will I be able to pick up order?
Every Saturday is pick-up day unless other arrangements are made. Local pick-up is for Nashville only.
Do you provide refunds/exchanges?
We do not offer refunds UNLESS product gets damaged during shipping/pick-ups and we have pictures of the damage. Exchanges can be done if the product is returned unused. There is no restocking fee and return shipping will have to be paid by you if you want to exchange a product through the mail.
